My Favorite Skin Care Products

Hey Guys!  So today I wanted to share with you some of my favorite skin care products. It is so important to take good care of your skin, especially as we get older.   I absolutely LOVE trying new beauty products, but there are some things that just work and for that reason they have been getting used almost every single day for the past few years.  I highly recommend all of these products because they have truly made a difference in my skin.

      1. Philosophy Purity Made Simple Facial Cleanser:  I have been using this face wash for close to 7 years now and there is nothing that removes makeup better.  The makeup literally just melts off of your face, its gentle, and doesn’t dry your skin out like some other cleansers.  I have not found anything that comes even close to this.
      2. Clarasonic: I use this at the end of the day to help remove my makeup.  First I wash my face like normal, then I use this with my Philosophy Purity.  It does a really deep clean and exfoliates at the same time.  It literally removes every last drop of makeup on your skin.
      3. SK-II Facial Treatment Essence: I was hesitant to try this because it is so pricey but wow this has made a huge difference in my skin.  It’s softer, my pores are smaller, and my skin has a much brighter appearance.  I use this morning and night after I cleanse my skin.  I just put a few drops on these and dab all over my face.  This is a total game changer.
      4. Amara Organics Vitamin C Serum for Face 20% with Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin E, 1 fl. oz.: This is my next step after the SK-II Facial Treatment Essence, but only at night.  It works just as great as pricier serums and has all of the important ingredients you need including Hylauronic Acid, Vitamin C & E.  My skin is definitely clearer and firmer.  And its under $20!
      5. Kiehls Line Reducing Eye Brightening Eye Cream:  Since I had my son, I feel like I constantly have dark circles under my eyes, even when I’m not tired.  This eye cream is really great at reducing them and making my under eye’s appear brighter.
      6. Neogen Dermalogy Bio-Peel Pads:  I use these a few times a week in the morning before I shower.  After my pregnancies my skin has had such an uneven tone to it.  These exfoliate, brighten, and make my skin look more even.  They smell great and really wake my skin up in the morning.
      7. Clinique Moisture Surge:  I have sensitive skin, I get clogged pores and break out easily.  For that reason I try to use oil-free moisturizers.  This is the most hydrating of anything I have every tried, even in the cold, dry Connecticut winters.  I have tried other things but always end up repurchasing this.
      8. Aquaphor Lip Repair .35 Fluid Ounce Carded Pack: This is just so moisturizing I literally buy 5 at a time and keep them all over my house, in my car, and in my desk.  When I use regular chapstick  I find myself constantly reapplying because they dry my lips out even more.  It doesn’t happen with this.
      9. Tarte Skincare pack your bags 911 undereye rescue patches: These eye masks are great in the morning when your eyes are feeling tired.  They are cool and hydrating and give your eyes a quick pick me up.  My puffy bags are always gone after using these.
      10. Shiseido Express Soothing Eye Mask:  I have been using these for years and these are definitely holy grail for me.  These brighten and treat wrinkles in just 15 minutes.  I like to use them at night, then after removing, rub the product in so it can work it’s magic overnight.
      11. Dr. Jart+ Brightening Infusion Mask: I love a good sheet mask and with this one you can definitely see the results.  My skin glows after using this and I can see how much brighter my skin looks.
      12. Clarins Liquid Bronze Facial Self Tanner:  I don’t use tanning beds and try to not bake in the sun after having Melanoma in my mid-20’s. For that reason I use this a couple nights a week after I moisturize.  It doesn’t make you look crazy tan but definitely gives my face the color back that I lose from exfoliating.
      13. Benefit Eyebrow Conditioner: One thing I wasn’t blessed with is nice eyebrows and I am still too chicken to try micro-blading.  I am trying to grow them out myself a little so I use this at night before bed and I can really say that I notice that they are quickly growing in.
